Our Team
Our core team started off with Devon Tran and In Sung Hong, two students at the British International School of Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. As students ourselves, we understand the power of mentorship and the barriers that can block a child’s potential. That’s why we’ve built a team dedicated to creating real impact, through leadership, empathy, and STEM education.

Devon Tran
Co-Founder, Bridge2STEM mentor

Devon Tran is a student at BISHCMC, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment, equity in education, and sustainable innovation. Inspired to help others access opportunity, she co-founded Bridge2STEM. Devon is a UNICEF delegate, CFO of BioSeaPack (a startup creating biodegradable packaging from seaweed), and a SAGE national winner for SDG 14: Life Below Water. She recently studied human development and social impact at Brown University, further deepening her commitment to building a more inclusive and sustainable future.

In Sung Hong
Co-Founder, Bridge2STEM mentor

​In Sung Hong is a student at BISHCMC and a dedicated advocate for equitable STEM access and youth empowerment. He co-founded Bridge2STEM to make science and technology more approachable for younger students, drawing on his experience leading academic clubs, mentoring peers, and supporting educational outreach. As a student council representative and swim team captain, In Sung brings discipline, teamwork, and leadership to every space he enters. He has collaborated across year groups, and worked directly with students to spark curiosity and confidence in STEM.
